These are made-from-scratch digital maps rendered in HD Jpegs 4000x4000 pixels using professional grade cartography software.  I used the Suits of the Mists and the map sketches in them as a guide.  These maps are perfect for virtual table tops or to be printed for use as battle maps.  Pay what you want but please leave a review if you liked them or not.

Is there any guidance on how to get the grids to line up in roll20 for these? Or, is there a gridless version?

There’s a tool in Roll20 to help you. Add your art to the
Map layer adjust it to size. You can either turn the grid off or choose the “align to grid option” from the advanced menu. All you do then is set a 3x3 box as a reference and it should snap into place with the grids aligned.

Yes, we know that but the fact of the matter is that artist chose to be artistic and put friggin' frames and add more white space around the frame so it's a friggin' guessing game to guess how many spaces those stupid frame and white space take up just to align the grid.

And yes, we can turn off the grid but it would be so much nicer it there's the Roll20 grid on and the map aligns with the Roll20 grid.

I despise Roll20. However. MapTool has built in tools to determine the precise specs of ANY map, even hand drawn ones. It's free anyway, so grab a copy and watch a quick YouTube video or something about how to use it's map alignment tools.

I'll be getting DDAL 4-1 to 4-5. I already have 4-1 and 4-2, are you going to make more?

Are these maps usable with minis? The blocks look too small.

Do you have any advice for printing these I got them all printed in A2 and I found the larger maps which combine two regions to have quite small squares to fit the entire thing on but the others were very nice and large. Is it A1 for the double maps and A2 for the regular single maps?

Realised I posted the wrong sizes I've printed them all off in A1 and found that the double maps were much bigger. So probably A0 can you follow this up for printing advice regarding how to print them to proper scale for use as battle maps?

Would it be possible offer the maps without the grid? The current grid does not line up correctly in fantasy grounds.

I agree this would help for Roll20 as well.

I will try to be sensitive to the 5mb map size limitation for Roll20 in future map creations. If necessary I will make a separate set of maps for Roll20.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
