This document contains some simple rules for spell duels between magic users. The intent is to avoid the likelihood of one combatant immediately destroying the other one because they happened to go first in initiative. These rules are specifically for a staged duel, in the vein of pistols at dawn, rather than two wizards trying to kill each other.
