OK, I'll be honest. I bought this after recalling a review in an ancient issue of White Dwarf (back hen it covered roleplaying games). The review waxed lyrical about the gross-out nature of MoBS, the insane quantities of monsters, the fact that it was just a huge super killer zoo. So I just had to finally get round to reading it.

I was not disappointed.

Lets be fair, this is primarily an old-school dungeon hack on a grand scale. It's meant for high level characters but seems to assume that the way of writing adventure for high level characters is just to throw bigger, badder and greater quantities of monsters at them.

So, if you are in the mood for hacking your way through one of the most grossly infested dungeons ever, then this is for you.
