It would be great... if it worked. everytime I click on something, it crashes. It would be faster to write the entire thing by hand.

Hi Ben,
Sorry you're having problems. Could you let me know what PDF reader you're using? I know a few people have mentioned having issues with the forms on Mac or sometimes through Chrome's built in viewer but I haven't had anyone mention crashes. If you get back to me with the program you're using I might be able to help.
