I played this game with three other friends, and I could not stress enough how immersive this adventure is. While it has a definite story and lore-rich content, it still leaves enough sandboxing for players to improvise. Some one-shots have railroading stories, but this one gives the party a lot of opportunities to explore and roleplay.
Its open ending makes it an excellent way to tickle DM creativity as it serves as a good foundation for future campaigns, regardless of setting.
Overall, my only gripe is that the adventure is a one-shot instead of a full-blown campaign. Regardless, if you're looking for a game that caters to different kinds of players--the roleplayer, the murderhobo, and the like--this adventure is for you.
