I picked this adventure up and converted it to Fantasy Grounds to run as a one shot and I loved it! The mystery side of it had the players guessing until the very end. While they took down the nasty gulabus, it came down to one PC and a final rat swarm... The rats had plenty to eat and finished off the party! This is a must have!
