This adventure is packed full of content. It's a magical amusement ride, and one of the more believable wizard tower adventures in the AL library.

A few rooms require a fair bit of imagination to 'see' and most DM's will have to fill in the descriptive blanks, but I don't consider that a mark against it--if anything, the breadth of scenes, themes, and imagery was a treat I was grateful to experience.

Don't sleep on this adventure, it's one of the greats.

I DMed this adventure for a table yesterday and we had a great time. I would characterise this adventure as being excellent for players who enjoy the Exploration and Combat pillars. Lots of puzzles, interesting environments, and quirky happenings that led to a lot of fun. We played up Morgan (the cynical narrator / butler) to add to the Roleplaying pillar, although the Casino also had a lot of opportunities that were played to the full. The players liked the variety of combat with a range of different foes and in the Menagerie I made sure that there were added environmental features suitable to the various tanks / cages. The only thing to be aware of is that the adventure really can easily run over time - the author is clear in this disclaimer so I was fully aware from the start. This 'over' runtime was largely related to the players having so much fun and not wanting to 'rush' through the opportunities in each room. I really enjoyed this one. Kudos to the author.

this is one of the best, (it can go anywhere) adventure to test the boundless decisions a group could make. love it!!!
