Overall, I think this is an excellent addition to the Druid Circles. I only have two negative things I really feel the need to mention; One is a personal decision, and isn't largely reflective of the product. The other is something I feel needs to be fixed.
- As a DM allowing this, I opted to use Produce Flame as the cantrip for Elemental Affinity: Fire. It felt more valuable, and appropriate, but that's just my opinion.
- At level 6, you gain resistance to poison, as well as a damage type based on your Elemental Affinity. Earth gains resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing; I assume this only applies to nonmagical sources, but it doesn't say anywhere if that is the case.
Regardless of these minor issues I found with it, the circle itself is quite interesting, and seems well balanced. Replacing Wild Shapes with Elemental Shapes was an excellent idea, and definetly adds to the circle.
