I recently discovered and met online, the creator of these maps. she is a very nice young woman and a talented artist.

Her map has a lot of details, like the leaves fallen from the nearby trees. And the different versions of the maps increases it's usefulness. One has furniture inside the shack, one is empty. You even have the roof as a separate element if you want to hide the interior until a PC actually enters.

I look forward to further maps from her.

Just as the other maps from Zovya, this one is a great example on mapmaking done right! The handpainting is really what makes the maps of this artist stand out, gone are the days of overtextured photomanipulated maps with false light and shadow and awkward perspektive!

Beautiful and immersive map. It has a lot of details and you can customize it.

The map is available in 12 versions altogether. Therefore, you can choose between 50x50 pixel tiles or 100x100 pixel tiles, empty room version, furnished room version and "with roof" versions, and each available with or without the grid.

There are also roofs available as separate files, which could be used in any other autumn-themed city map from bird's eye perspective, or just used as "fog of war" for this map.

Overall, the map is pleasing to the eye, and offers choice between having everything conveniently ready, or having the freedom to furnish the rooms yourself, although for that you'll need to get the furniture elsewhere.

It could be used not only for a fisherman's house, but also boatmaker's or a retired sailor's I suppose.

This is a first class map, ready made to insert into my game. The map has great detail and has multiple choices, not something you often see with maps. This makes the map reusable in a number of settings, without ruining the immersive feel.
