I’m enjoying your work. I have one comment, on page 192 under Leomund’s Goblet it reads “Uses recharge each day at dawn.” How many uses does the goblet have each day? Thanks

Hello, Jose! Thank you for the question. According to an article I found in Dragon Magazine #028, the goblet should have 7 uses per day.

Love this and use it all the time. Only criticism is that I wish Kossuth had the Black Flame Zealot.

Thank you for the feedback, Vince! That is a good idea. I might consider producing a supplement with additional archetypes in the future. I would be happy to learn about any archetypes we might have missed.

Have you guys considered doing similar books for other D&D settings like Eberron, or Ravenloft?

Hi, Matthew. Our project team went on separate creative paths not long after Faiths of the Forgotten Realms was published. However, Micah and I managed to produce Faiths of the Forgotten Realms II with a larger team. Micah was the lead on that project. Alex was the team lead on the Faithful of Eberron project, which isn't nearly as comprehensive as this project. You can check it out here: https://www.dmsguild.com/product/257238/The-Faithful-of-Eberron

Creating a similar book for Ravenloft is a good idea. However, I am unlikely to work on any future publishing projects for the DMs Guild since I am focusing on other markets.

Thank you for your interest.

Thank you for creating this product. It really showcases what can be done to clerics and a really defined pantheon. Thanks for putting all the hard work into this! Now to start adding homebrew subclasses to my DNDBeyond account (note I already purchased the FG version as well!)

Thanks for the feedback! Inputting the subclasses into D&D Beyond is a great idea. I use that software primarily for my games and it comes in very handy for character building and tracking.

Maybe it was a temporary glitch? I can see them in the 'Premium Hardcover Photos' section above on my desktop computer. However, the mobile version has a different product page from what I can see and doesn't include that section.

Yes, I see them now, too. Don’t I feel silly? I’d delete my comment, but I don’t see how.

I checked out my friends copy. Amazing amount of content. I found many of the subclasses a bit underpowered though. Especially the lvl1 Cleric powers giving stuff like +1 damage to fire spells or some tool proficiency. You can of course work with you DM to power them up.

Not sure if I missed it or not, but I'm not seeing anything on Gwaeron Windstrom. Kind of disappointed since it did have a write up in the Sword Coast Adventure's Guide.

Yes, Gwaeron Windstrom is covered in the book, with an entry in the 'Deeper Faiths' section on page 11, and again in the archetypes chapter on pages 75-77. The digital edition also includes bookmarks for those sections and entries in the index at the end of the book.

Thanks for asking and for your interest in the book. I hope you have lots of fun playing D&D!

Love both of these books! Have a part 3 coming out soon of some of the other deities?
Only suggestion. The table of Contents could be a bit more useful. Be nice to list each of the deities. Even if in alphabetical order, quicker than scouring both books.

Thanks for your feedback, Eric, but Alas, while I would love to produce a third book with some of the demi-powers and lesser-known deities, we had some difficulty keeping the team together and focused on the second book. Also, if the PDF is updated, then the physical book also has to be updated, and since the print on demand program was in testing and has since been put on hold, it isn't likely that we'll be able to update the book anytime soon.

The biggest issue I had with the table of contents was that we covered most of the deities in several chapters of the book, which would have required hundreds of entries in the table of contents. If I'm able to update the book, I'll probably combine the background lore and archetypes chapters and expand the table of contents.

Sorry got another question already. The Doomtide spell in the Beshaba domain and oath is 5th-level, but it is in the 4th-Level place on the spell tables. Is it supposed to be a 4th-Level spell?

Hi Daniel, Doomtide should be 4th level, and it should scale using a 5th or higher-level spell slot. I'm happy to answer any other questions you have; I appreciate you bringing potential errors to our attention.

Hi question regarding the Oath of the Untamed Wind. In the Oath spells Warding Vortex is listed to be gotten at 3rd level, but is a 2nd level spell. Is Warding Vortex supposed to be 1st-Level?

Hi Daniel. Warding Vortex is intended as a a 1st level abjuration spell, and is obtained by Akadi's clerics at 1st level and paladin's at 3rd level. The spell entry states 2nd level evocation, which is a copy/paste mistake most likely.

Hi one question before I make this purchase, is all of the lore of the deities, holy sites, holy texts, magic items and artifacts legit? Or did you create them, this is important to be because I like to use official Forgotten Realms things in my campaign. Thanks

Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for asking. I'm not sure there is room on the product page to post a complete list, but I'll look into it. Otherwise, the gods covered in this book are the same covered in the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide for the Faerunian pantheon.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
