An enjoyable read, with a lot of interesting options. I'll just say I think the Cleric's Undeath Domain is missing its level 1 feature. Most domains have a feature that's quite key to the focus, or occasionally some extra skill proficiency in addition to the armour/weapon proficiency. Undeath Domain only has the armour/weapon part.

I just bought it last night, and I greatly enjoy it; it's one of the better fan supplements out there. I really enjoy the Race and Background options, as it helps make the players feel less cookie cutter, I love it!

It's the one with "Ver1.1" at the end. Hope that helps. :)

I'm really enjoying the variety of options here, but I did have a question. For the Path of the Wild Tamer, what was the reasoning for the style of animal companion, rather than use the rangers format? I like the different system, it's definitely simpler, but it feels like it lags your companion behind. Still a neat dealio anyways. Probably going to make one soon.

I haven't had a chance to fully read through it yet but i'm kinda disappointed there is no bookmarks. Especially because the table of contents doesn't account for the actual first 5 pages of the book which are the cover pages, table of contents and class overview. This would be fine of this was a physical book but since it is a PDF this should really be changed as it complicates navigating it. I recommend changing the page numbers starting with the first Barbarian primal path to '6' and updating the table of contents accordingly.

Thanks for the feedback Eric! I agree with you that bookmarks or more accurate page numbers would help make the book easier to navigate. I'll work on that for the next update.

May I ask, what is the intent of the Path of the Inverted Mind? That is, how do you see this option being used in game?

It seems like it might focus on spellcasting, but it receives no spellcasting until level 14, so I feel like I'm missing the thrust of the subclass.

Thank you!

The intent was to give barbarians a different sort of playstyle outside of combat. So often, barbarians will focus on physical stats, leaving them without much to do to help the party when combat isn't going on (in my experience). The intent of the Inverted Mind is to allow players to increase their mental stats for a time while also giving them some skill bonuses, as to allow them to play a sort of reverse-hulk character, where they are often a strong brute, but can occasionally be the voice of reason and insight for the party.

I noticed there's some copyrighted art in here. Some of it is not even credited to an author at the start! You should remove it and replace it.

Oh! I felt fairly sure that everything came from the Creative Commons, but I may have overlooked something. Would you mind pointing out which art you're referring to so I can make a swap and get an updated version up?

Sorry I took so long to reply!

First off, at least last I looked at it, you need to give credit to the Dracowarden's art piece- it's by David Reroy. (Ironically spotted it while I was searching for something else- when I first saw it I thought it was copyrighted, but it's just uncredited. Attribution is part of the license so hop to it!)

Additionally, the goblin piece by armandeo64 (page 40 on the page, page 46 total) is absolutely copyrighted- the comments on the original picture show someone else asking for permission to use and being denied! So look into swapping that out.

I *think* everything else is public domain. I didn't give it too thorough a browsing, just checked for the art that was unattributed and the art attributed to obviously online artists.

Thanks again for looking into those. I've added the attribution for the dragon artwork and swapped out the goblin.

I'm curious: why a Shadow Magic sorcerous origin when Xanathar's Guide also has a Shadow Magic one? Should you not rename it so as to not cross streams? Maybe Dark Magic, instead...

Sylgar's Guide to Everything has been in production for quite a while as I've been building up the number of subclasses. The Shadow Magic sorcerous origin is one I've had for a while, before knowing that Xanathar's would also have a shadow sorcerer.

That said, I think your suggestion to change the name to avoid confusion is a good one, and I'll make an update shortly to give it a new name.

Thanks!

That's what I assumed. There are a lot of them in here, and fairly high quality from what I've seen so far.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
