Dragon Lord Class (created by Joel Schreda - edited by rob2e)

This contains both the PDF and a Fantasy Grounds VTT module.

The Dragon Lord is born not made. For some reason beyond the knowledge of the mortal races, Bahamut or Tiamat has chosen this particular mortal to be their conduit into the world.

Driven from Birth

The Dragon Lord is driven from birth to be the best at everything they attempt and are often if not always the most skilled and talented warriors. Anyone who has seen one will attest to that fact if they are still alive to tell the tale. The Dragon Lord's drive is what leads them to be not only proficient but a master with all types of weapons and armor...

Okay... Here's the explanation - That was a HUGE MISTAKE and has since been corrected. ThanX for letting me know.

This class is horribly overpowered, but has some decent ideas that just need better execution. I'll just list the issues with them, and how I'd personally fix them.

-3 Extra Attacks. That's Fighter's thing, it's literally the main point of that class, so this class gets that AND more features, including extra features at each level it gets Extra Attack, aside from 6th. Honestly, I wouldn't give the class more than one Extra Attack.

-Imbued Weapon isn't anywhere on the PDF. I'm going to assume the effect based on the archetypes, but I might be interpreting it incorrectly. It's very hard to pull off resourceless bonus damage on attacks, the only two classes that pull this off to my knowledge are Barbarian (which scales it very slowly, and it isn't even a large bonus) and Paladin (which gets it resourceless 11th level).

-Don't make players count rounds. Either make a feature last one round, 1 minute (basically the duration of a fight), 10 minutes (an "exploration phase")...See more

Hey, Black B, GREAT COMMENTS! I will get with the author with these ideas. We will effect appropriate changes and republish. I will run the ideas past him and see his thoughts.

Improvements have been made and are being uploaded now. Not all but most of your comments have been infused and other changes were made. No new archetypes were added as that would entail many more hours of work... lol

Matt K, no PDF.... YET?! We did this in kind of reverse order. We made it to play in our Fantasy Grounds games and we did it inside the FG VTT software. We never made a PDF of it, but it will be easy enough to do. It's on the list!

Original electronic
Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
