Hey, Sean. This looks absolutely awesome! Any plan to make into a fantasy grounds module? It sounds like this was a HUGE lift to create so I completely understand if you aren't. I might convert it myself for my own use in fantasy grounds and if you're interested, perhaps you can add it to as an option to pdf? Let me know what you think. I think I will pick this up either way. Too cool to pass up!

Thanks! I used a template off of this site, I don't remember the exact name. I use libreoffice, it's a bit of a pain.

What template and software were used to create this? Formatting looks great from the preview!

I am interested in this but don't enjoy PDFs much. If you make available a Print On Demand version I would be in though!

Cambions will be in the guide to demons. What events are you referring to in the sundering? Let me know and I'll check it out.

I Sean, just wanted to say that this book look awesome (I have'nt bought it yet, not because I think it's not worth it) I guess that you could call me old fashioned but I love to read on paper. I've bought a lot of stuff on DMsguild but I've read only 1/10 of them cause I'm not a fan of reading on a screen and I often forget that I have a lot of stuff cause it's not on my D&D shelf. I would love it if you ever decided to sell this awesome creation of yours as a real book (Soft or Hard cover and this comment also apply for your upcoming Demon supplement or any other one that have lots of content) and would gladly pay the rightful price for it (oh! and by the way I live in Canada so it would be really cool and important to me that you could ship there). Do not get this comment wrong, it is not critisism and I meen no offense, only a suggestion, maybe i'm not the only one who likes it better that way (maybe people who read this comment can reply or give a ''thumb up'' to give you an idea if printing it would...See more

With print on demand options, you may be able to offer a very nice product as your layout is quite excellent.

Hey. First of all I wanted to say i love the book it is relay informative and its well worth the price. And now I have a tiny question. Are you perchance planing on making a similar book on the ecology of demons? Because i would be greatly interested.

Sean M May 27, 2017 3:39 pm UTC
Yes! I am working on a guide to demons, and then a guide to the blood war (the war between devils and demons). It is going to take a long time, but I have already written a fair amount of it.

Do the new monsters in ch 6 have art associated with them?
Customer avatar
Sean M May 24, 2017 4:03 pm UTC
Yep! I got art for each monster.

Mechanical question. How do Legion Devil's HP interact with AOE? Is the single HP pool damaged once or does each legion devil take damage?
Customer avatar
Nathan H May 21, 2017 10:08 pm UTC
(It does seem like this would be highly unlikely to ever trigger on them considering the highest saving throw bit but just curious)
Customer avatar
Sean M May 22, 2017 12:26 am UTC
It would be the whole pool. I think maybe I will edit it to clarify. I think that legion devils should be vulnerable to AOEs, but they only take the damage once as a collective.

Hello. The material in the preview, alone, looks great! Any chance for a PoD option to be added? This seems like just the resource to have in a true book format.
Customer avatar
Sean M May 22, 2017 12:22 am UTC
No plans for PoD for now. It would be cool to have in hardcover! Thanks, I hope you like the book.

I have spotted some typos, but I will post a more complete list of them later.

My question is what classes would you suggest get the Hellfire spells?

And the infernal succubus has the spell Trap the Soul which does not seem to exist.
Customer avatar
Sean M May 21, 2017 4:17 am UTC
Typos, please send those to my email:
I can get those fixed right away.
Hellfire, I'd say warlocks and wizards.
I'll fix the trap the soul, was from an older edition.

Rules Edition(s)
Original electronic
Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
