Welcome to Barovia! The Wizard of Wines offers the finest distractions from the horror. Wine fermented to suit any amount of coin!

Yes, this collection includes 3 HIGH RESOLUTION WINE LABELS that match the three varieties of wine offered by the Wizard of Wines in the Curse of Strahd adventure campaign. Little details and fun touches on the labels can enhance your campaign and delight your players. See below!

The labels come as high-resolution JPGs embedded on a single 8.5x11 PDF page suitable for printing on any color printer.

Purple Grapemash Number 3 - note the hand-written "3" for the batch number, and that someone has written "UN" in front of the tagline "REMARKABLE!" This matches the book's description of the wine as unremarkable.

Red Dragon Crush - note the dragon wings and bold red coloring. Tagline of "Tantalizing" matches the book's description.

Champagne du le Stomp - the great joke on this label is the icon at the top. Meant to signify the winery and stomping on grapes, it also kind of looks like a certain hut in Berez than can move on its own!!! Also, it's just called "rich" because, well, it's the most expensive. If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it.

Print these labels out and put the on bottles for your players. They'll love it!

This is being offered as PAY WHAT YOU WANT. Please keep in mind the time it takes to create and share these.

My group is doing Ravenloft at the moment, and we go through 2-4 bottles of wine a session. My table does mostly whites though (4/7ths women who love white wine). I know the campaign book doesn't mention any whites, but is there any chance of more labels in the future?

Hi William! Sounds like a fun group :) love a good white wine! Technically champagne is a naturally-sparkling white wine AND it happens to be the classiest of Barovia's vintages, so you *should* be pretty okay stacking the deck with a bunch of Champagne du le Stomps. That said, I might be able to work up some more varietals but not for a bit - there were only the three mentioned in Curse of Strahd.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
