Hey! You got your Bloodborne in my D&D!

Okay, abysmally terrible joke aside, hello. I'm Lv99Pangolin and I present to you, the Bloodborne Armory.

Inside, I've cataloged every weapon, item, tool, and rune in Bloodborne and transitioned it over to Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition.

I warn you, it contains spoilers and was not a smooth transition. I'm currently working on creating an updated version, one with less spelling errors, fumbled/clunky mechanics, and overall smoother to fit into the 5e design. As is, I think it's alright. Definitely something worth a glance, at least.

If you like it, please give me some critique, I only wish to improve, after all. And thank you for taking the time to look at my work.

Good day, Hunters of Beasts.

Quick question, what is the bleeding condition from the serrated weapon feature? Or at least can you tell me which book that is in if any. Couldn't find it in the PHB and I was super confused. Anyway, I love the work you have done here. Will be including these in my campaign soon.

Sorry for getting to your reply so late, Live's been a bastard lately.

Anyway, the Bleeding Condition (as I've seen it used in other (better) sources) is when a cut is large enough or bleeds so profusely (like on a major vein/artery) that the character/monster that is bleeding takes 1d4-1d6 Necrotic damage at the beginning of their turn. Adjust for the severity of the attack and presto. Bleeding can be stopped by either a character taking an Action to make a DC 10-15 (adjust for supplies, if any) to stop the bleeding, or a healing spell (Greater Restoration usually). IF not taken care of by some time (usually by the next Long Rest) roll a Con Save for an infection (or Lingering Injuries table in other cases). I'll remember to clarify that in the update. Coming soon-ish.

The work you've done here is really cool. I like the idea of using an action to switch the trick weapons, and a lot of the mechanics are really well thought out. I'll admit I haven't looked at the full document yet, but my first recommendation would be to combine the Special and Trick sections. Most of the Specials refer to a special condition when switching the forms of a trick weapon, and it would be more convenient if those pieces of information for a single weapon were both included in a single description of the weapon. Otherwise, it's really sweet, and I plan on taking a longer look at the full document when I get the chance.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
