Hi, I am Korean D&D Dungeon Master. I love your adventure, and I would like to translate it in Korean. If I do, could you include that in the bundle? All I ask is put my name on as translator; no money needed.

I really enjoyed the Lovecraftian theme. I ran a party of 4 through, 2 of whom were level 1. As long as you don't go too hard on the party, it's a well-balanced module, despite looking way-overpowered at first glance. Very intimidating for the players as well.

Very good mod. I ran it but did not buy, else I would leave an official review. I had a very strong party and they went through it in about 3 hours. It was a fun time had by all. Good combats and with good monsters. Interesting premise and good pacing.

I would not mind running this module again as it was fun and I would look forward to see how a different group would handle it. Well done. Highly recommend.

I ran this as a convention DM, and received a copy (V4) rather than purchasing it. I loved this adventure, and both times were entirely different experiences. One time featured a very strong party. The combat encounters were super long, and the party barely managed to complete the mission in time even though they skipped the entire main floor and didn't check any side passages if there was a way forward! The dumb fighter asked what his name was in the room where such a question is relevant, and his reward made a difference, because the manifestation kept knocking people down. Loads of fun! Because they were so focused and such a large group (7) they barely made the minimum XP however.
The other group did everything methodically, but were a much weaker party. They also succeeded but had a much better time of things - traversing the dungeon more quickly due to weaker opposition. They also figured out the stairs, unlike the first party.

This dungeon crawl also lends itself to going all out for...See more

I really like this module, and have ran it at least 4 times for different groups of players! The larger combat encounter on the first floor can take a bit of time depending on the strength and luck of the party running it, but its a great module through and through. I love when players get disturbed by the tentacle element that dominates the place, and the boss can be a nice challenge if players have to deal with the boss's stronger stat block. I personally try to encourage players not to take any sort of rests through the whole dungeon :P!

The adventure was a great one the only issue I found myself with was a few places with cramped areas but that was more an issue of running it with 7 players. Overall a great dungeon crawl, very thematic and it even managed to challenge the munchkins I ended up running it for tonight.

Awesome Mod, super brutal for low level parties though. If you need to show your party the world is real and WILL kill them. This is the way to do it.

This was an utterly fantastic adventure, and my players loved the *heck* out of it. Any chance that the follow-up adventures will be posted any time? Or are they already?

Is there a reason that the Adventure Code is not displayed prominently on the front page of the Adventure? All other modules (seem) to have their adventure code displayed prominently on the cover.

At the time it was written the CCC adventure codes for AL were not in place. Those codes for CCC adventures are a relatively new structure.

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
