Dungeon Module TH 1-4

$3.95

All adventures should be up and working. I apologize to those that had problems with TH3.

These modules contain slight background information, referee’s notes, and complete maps. This is the complete Tommy Huff (”TH”) series. Each is a complete 5TH EDITION DUNGEONS & DRAGONS adventure. The recommended number of players is four to five, with levels ranging from tenth to eighteenth.

- These are mid to high-level adventures but are easy enough to understand for new players.

- These adventures can be played separately or together.

- The core rulebooks are required to play these adventures.

Or get them separately.

TH1 The village of Asmire has hired you to find the trident of Blibdoolpoolp, the Blibdoolblop. With this trident, the people of Asmire believe it will have the power to stop the raids from the Pirates of Far North. However, the danger is present when Blibdoolpoolp is involved.

TH2 A strange jungle lies deep within the earth. This jungle is the property of one named Duke Zaroff. Zaroff loves hunting all kinds of creatures... even you.

TH3 After coming down a steep underground waterfall, you have been asked by a dying Merman to save his people from a false god that lives in the bottom of the lake. However, this false god lives in the lair of a forgotten wizard, that is rumored to be the home of a genie.

TH4 You have been hired to loot the treasure within the ever-changing tower of Xandlexa, a powerful Illithid wizard who has been rumored to have recently passed away. However, the tower is far from empty and will require all your strength, courage, and wisdom.

If all these adventures are bought separately it would come out to be $ 5.00 but here you can get them all for $ 3.95!

Note from the Author:

I started D&D with the classic adventure White Plume Mountain and loved it. I enjoyed the simple formula and the way we just jumped into it. The quest lasted a few nights, and we felt accomplished as players. My ultimate goal was to capture what I loved so much with that module.

All these adventures are made to emulate classic Dungeons & Dragons adventures in the best way I could. Obviously, these are 5th Edition rules, and the pages inside follow that formula, but I've emulated the covers to classic modules, even made the traditional blue and white maps, and added in old school pics to try to enhance the vintage feel to a degree. Like a classic D&D module there's a little background info, and then you're put straight into the adventure and go from there.

TH1 is a decent adventure, with a good mix of creatures, fights, roleplaying and traps/puzzles. TH2 is more of an idea of a side quest with a lot of charts. I understand the concept, but it doesn't really help to have an adventure that needs to be buil [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.
Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
